Alex - thank you for the suggestion about CBJuice. For others info it is here :
joomlacode.org/gf/project/cbjuice/frs/?a...&frs_package_id=5757
And the 'SAVE CSV' button automatically saves and downloads to your computer. (There is a field to fill in to define the delimiter before it will work - e.g. , ; etc)
Now to figure out the next step!

Hi,

I have a large number of memberships list that don't have a Joomla User account attached. My client now want's to create a Joomla User and attach it to the membership.

Can I use the user import to upload the user ID, username and password?

Jeff

You can add username, password, email column to the file for each record. Then Membership Pro will create user account for these records/users during the import

i want to move my Membership pro from a corrupt database.
I am going to install a new Joomla version with new template from Rockettheme and of course use a new database on the same server.
I will install the latest Membership Pro version and import the old or original plans and subscribers.
How do I accomplish this export and import process?

Thank you

Hello, I'm trying to get the import functionality to work, but have been unsuccessful so far. I have set up my CSV file just like the template. Every time I try to import, the screen goes white and nothing happens. There are no new subscriptions or subscribers. Any ideas?

I found if I tried to import too many at once my server locked up.
Try doing less than 100.

Yes. As Mark suggested, maybe you are importing too many subscribers and your server does not have enough resource to handle that process and it causes white screen error

Try to import small number of subscribers like 100 as Mark suggested. Usually, I think import less than 500 subscribers a time would work

Thanks for that suggestion. I was actually only trying to import one user though. I wanted to make sure it worked before trying to add in a lot. Anymore ideas?

Hello Sarah

If so, I think it happens because Zip library is not enabled on your hosting account. Please contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable Zip library for your hosting account, just send this link to your hosting provider support php.net/manual/en/zip.installation.php

After that, the error should be gone
