Hi Mike

That's the email sent automatically by Joomla core. I think you can simply disable it. Go to Extensions -> Plugins Manager, find the plugin "User - Joomla!", click on it to edit, set "Notification Mail to User" to No during the import

After making the import, please set it back to Yes

In the published column of the csv file, please enter 1 and the subscriber will become active

If I import the csv file, all subscribers move over, however, under user, it shows their names but don't show plan or that they were invoiced. If I enter a subscriber manually, it shows a plan under the user--sometimes. What am I missing?

I'm having the same problem -- my users import, but aren't assigned to a membership/plan type. Can't figure out why!

Could you please upload a sample of CSV file here so that I can look at it and figure what's wrong ? Maybe it would be better if you submit a support ticket:

1. Sending me super admin account of your site

2. Send me the CSV file you are using

I am going to check the CSV file and run the import for you

Is there a way to turn off any emails sent for renewal? We are not using the invoice feature and want to turn of the notification of upcoming expiration. Thanks
