What do I get when I purchase an extension?
Purchasing an extension gives you full access to its latest version, updates, and premium support for one year. All our GPL extensions are released under the GNU GPL v2.0 license, with no additional limitations beyond that license.
How many websites can I use it on?
You can install and use the extension on unlimited websites and domains that you own. However, each website that needs premium support requires its own valid license. Please note that your purchasing account cannot be shared.
Can I still use the extension after one year?
Yes. You can keep using it forever, without restrictions, and install the latest version you've downloaded on any website. After the first year, you will no longer receive updates or premium support unless you renew your subscription.
How can I get support?
We offer support through our Forum, Support Tickets, or Email, 24/7 from Monday to Friday. Our team also replies on weekends, though responses may be a little slower. Support may be limited or canceled in cases such as unreasonable behavior, lack of cooperation, no valid license for the website, or requests for custom modifications (which we may consider as separate custom work).
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the extension within 30 days for a full refund (excluding possible transaction costs). We accept Debit and Credit Cards via PayPal, as well as PayPal accounts.
