New Feature: Import Subscribers from CSV file

Hi,
trying to use Membership pro, i'm facing some issues

1 - first, I have created my plans (six differents plans)
Now, i'm trying to import users from joomla.
I've download the subscriptions_import_template.xlsx and by when i'm running it I've got the message : OSM_NEED_PLAN_FOR_SUBSCRIPTION
But the "plan" column is complete with one of the 6 subscription plan.

Has anyone any idea of what I did wrong ?

2 - if my user has already a password, and if the password column is empty, what will happen ? it will make a password change ?

1. Must be something wrong with data of plan column. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the file you are using so taht we can check and tell you what's wrong

2. No, password column won't be used at all if user has account already

Is there a sample file that I can just fill out so I can make sure it's done correctly

Hello

You can generate the file yourself (which meets the custom fields setup for your site)

Access to any pages in Membership Pro backend, then Subscriptions -> CSV Import Template. The system will generate sample file base on your setup

You can setup data base on that file and import will work well

Ok thanks and then with that would I just manually disable there access when they cancel? Since it won't be synced to the payment method to know

Hi... I'm trying to import my CSV file. I choose file under Import Subscribers from CSV, once I have selected the file there is no button to then continue with the import. There is nothing to indicate to continue with the import of file.

Please press Save & Close button in the toolbar to trigger the process

I did click Save & Close on more than one occasion to trigger the process. It did not import the file. It just closed the window. .
