Integration with Joomla User Manager

Alan, I will leave this up to Tuan to investigate, but a quick suggestion that may help, try the email update again with a test subscriber who is only a registered Joomla user rather than than a Super User, see if that helps. Also if you have Admin Tools check if it is set to block front end updates , I had a problem earlier with that. Otherwise, I am sure Tuan will sort it out.

The user I have been testing isnt a super user but did have admin rights.
I have now tested with a normal user, still no joy.
Admin Tools already checked:
Disable editing backend users' properties = No

I guess you can submit a support ticket:

1. Sending us super admin account

2. Sending us that user account

3. Sending us link to the page which is used to update data without success

We are going to check to see why it is not updated and get it sorted
