No, it is not normal. If user renewed and paid for the renewal, he should not received reminder email anymore

Usually, this issue happens when you have a copied site of the site running else where (for example, a dev site) and the reminder is sent from that copied site (which user has not renewed yet), not from the main site

Hi Tuan,
I configured 3 reminder emails on my subscription plan.
When a user renew his subscription, a new subscription is created.
A user received his third reminder email even though he had already renewed his membership.
Is it normal ?

1. Yes, that is correct setup

2. This is handled by Mollie and I believe Mollie should have certain number of retries. But you should ask Mollie support to be sure

1. Okay , mail added to bcc , so i set first reminder til 1 day after, and edit that mail. now the user get that and also the admin, did i understand that correct ?

1. You can setup your plan to send reminder to subscribers after subscription expired. In the reminder plugin, there is a BCC email setting to allow admin to receive a copy of that reminder email. Maybe you can use that

Hi there 
I have 2 issues. 

1.
Is it possible to get an email to admin when a subscription expired ? 
im not talking about Expired [Recurring Cancelled]. 
We have a few customers with insufficient funds when the recurring payment should happen. They go to Status : Expired. But we dont get an notification ? 


2. 
We are having issues with mollie sometimes fail the payment, is it possible to get mollie payment to retry ?

Hi Gayl

Yes. Please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, make sure Log Emails config option set to Yes. The emails will be logged

You can then access to Membership Pro , Tools -> Email Logs to see the emails sent from the system. Unfortunately, it is not possible to resend these emails

Hello, when Membership Pro sends emails to new subscribers, reminders, renewals, are these emails stored anywhere in the system so I can check if an email is sent? If yes, can I resend that email?

I am worried about members being spammed with demands for offline payment.

As superuser, I am being notified of scheduled transmissions of recurring subscription offline payment invoices. Earlier this year I activated the Membership  Pro - Offline Recurring Invoice plug in so that offline payers would reminded to renew their subscriptions. Now, suddenly, this week, the scheduled task plugin began sending invoice notifications every hour, which, when I looked at the plugin settings, appears to be the default settings

This behavior started after I updated to Joomla 6.0.4, but I don't know if this is the cause.

When I go to the Membership Pro Dashboard and look at the email logs, the invoice emails seem to be sent as what I wanted: three renewal notices over a period of 30 days.

To stop the system notifications, I disabled the plugin.

What setting adjustments should I make to support automatic renewal notices for offline payers?
