Where to change email tags?

I've looked for this but just can't find it in the FAQs etc. 

In emails, there's the tag [COMPANY_NAME] - but I can't work out where to change the output of that. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, look at Common Tags tab, there you can modify value for COMPANY_NAME tag. You can also add other tags if needed and use these tags in email messages, same as [COMPANY_NAME] tag
