Hello

I just had it implemented. If someone has time, please help installing this attached plugin (Membership Pro - Subscription Control), enable it, configure and test it and let me know if it works as you want

Regards,

Tuan

Hi Tuan,
I have just installed the plugin.
But when I choose a plan, it does not show a plan? It shows a Joomla User group???
See screenshot
Kind regards
David

Hi Tuan,
I installed the plugin.
I then set up one of our paid plans with the plugin that when the plan expired to allocate the user back to our free plan (in our case, plan name of 'Registered').
I then tested it by expiring a plan for one user at 9am this morning. when the  Membership Pro Update Subscribers Status  plugin ran the user was removed from the paid plan and allocated to our free plan.
So that part of the plugin is working perfectly.
I will try testing the other part later.
KInd regards
David

Thanks David. Actually, we can test it by editing the subscription record, change status from Active to Expired, save it

Then from Expired to Active, save it

By doing that, you won't have to wait for the status of the subscription to be updated by update subscriber status plugin.

Regards,

Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Great, your short cut works!
I can confirm the plugin works both ways!
For us this is great as all our users get allocated a free plan when they register. Then when they sign up for a paid plan, they only see the paid plan as active. When the plan is expired they revert to the free plan until that renew/take out a new subscription. For our  Membership team this work really well as they see only the active plan for any user.
Thanks for a great feature addition.
One final question will this plugin be part of the next update of Membership Pro ?
Kind regards
David

Hi all, I wanted to apologize for not helping Tuan test the new plugin, which I suggested.
Anyway thank you Tuan and also David, who had the same need as me, for solving my problem which will help me automate a process that was taking up a lot of my time.
Good job
