Awesome, thanks Tuan! I've re-downloaded the package and updated and will report back either the case. And to reconfirm, since the last update I did above I've still not being receiving multiple initial tickets - so that's confirmed to be solved.

Will report back regarding the multiple comments in a day or two.

Just to report back, we've had approximately 20 tickets come over so far, with multiple comment interactions amongst them, and there has been no duplicate submissions. Based on those, it looks like the issue as been solved for the initial ticket and the comments. Thanks again for doing so!
