Multiple Ticket Submissions

This has been coming up lately and I am not sure why.  When a user submits a ticket, it creates multiple tickets. Our website speed is decent so I don't believe it is a loading issue. It could be that the user is hitting the submit button several times, but this is happening repeatedly. For example, a user completed a ticket this morning and it created 3 tickets (with different ticket numbers). Is there a way to prevent this from occurring?

Look like users clicked on the button multiple time and it causes the issue. I will try to find a solution to prevent it

Thank you Tuan, we've been having the exact issues for a good while now, over several versions. We regularly receive multiple tickets with multiple rows in the database, can be duplicates but many times in this instance it's more, 3 or more - such as this morning we received 6 of the same ticket - just different rows and IDs. This happens in all of our sites scattered throughout on different servers and environments. Thanks again!

I found some small js typos which could causes this issue. Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, update it to your site, then keep monitoring to see if the issue happens again

If the issue still happens, let me know and I will add more advanced solutions (use server validation to prevent double submissions) if needed

I applied the updated install yesterday, we've had around 20 tickets since and have had no duplicate initial ticket submissions, but we've had duplicate reply submissions - such as in the attached example from this morning.

I updated code to prevent multiple submissions when adding comments. Please download latest package, update it to your site, then keep monitoring to see if the issue is sorted
