Hi All

I just checked the site of dancteb. He has Multiple Booking feature set to Yes and It causes the issue .

Right now, Custom Field could not be used with Multiple Booking feature (I know Multiple Booking feature still has some limitation which need to be addressed and I am still working on it) .


@Synapse, @dasmon777 : Are you using Multiple Booking feature of Event Booking ?

Yes we also use multiple bookings.
At this stage, multiple bookings is more important, but will be waiting for this bug to be fixed...

Is there a solution for this if multiple bookings is OFF? I can't give out the admin password to for the site.

I am having the same problem. The event comes up fine but the custom fields do not appear. Since I just bought/installed the program yesterday, I assume I have the latest version. Please help!

1. You are using custom field in registration form ?

2. Could you please submit a support tickets contains administrator account of your site so that I can check the settings for you ?

Great! I came here today to find out why the custom fields are not working and found this thread. We are also using multiple booking. Any ideas when this will be fixed so I can tell the customer something?

Tuan,
Can I change the name of the "address2" field to accommodate for the extra field that the customer is needing? At least it would be a fix until this issue is resolved? If so, which php file will I need to modify.

Hi Jessica

You can simply go to Event Booking -> Translation to change the title of the Address2 field to anything you want .

Right now, I am still busy with making the extension compatible with Joomla 1.6, so I will come back with custom fields in Multiple booking in the near future (in the next two weeks) .

That was my obvious first attempt but when I went there and changed the field, it didn't work. I'll try again but absolutely nothing happened for me. Has anyone else tried changing that field box while using multiple booking?
