That's not right. The system uses your site timezone for calculating the time, so please go to System -> Global Configuration, look at Server tab, set Website Timezone parameter to your timezone and the issue should be sorted

It's not that, that's how it has always been configured (otherwise it would have had problems with the .ics time)

I checked the code carefully again myself and don't know how it could happen unless you are using cron job and have data entered for Trigger Reminder Code parameter?
In this case, we do not check time range (but I think I should think about it, time range should still be checked in this case)

Hello
Please install this updated plugin. It should respect time range settings, even for the case cron job. I will include this change in next release of the extension, so you don't have to worry about it while updating to future releases of the extension
