Hello Tuan. Last week Authorize.net completed a network change that is causing our payments to stop processing with them. The error we are receiving is:

**Registration Failure: Reason
[curl] 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain
secure2.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll
**

Our site has a commercial certificate from GoDaddy.com and that is not self-signed. Do you know what is the workflow for this process? Where in the chain could the self-signed certificate appear?

Info on the Authorize.net change appears here:

Thanks
Paul

We are experiencing the exact same thing on Hosrtgator but with getting donations using JoomDonation API'g to authorize.net. Very interested in your response. Authorize.net pointed me to

github.com/AuthorizeNet/sdk-php

and asked us to download and install PHP SDK for Authorize.Net API. Is this better done by you?

I'm having the same issue, but with Membership Pro. Does this mean there was a change in the API that you folks need to address within your apps?

This is a huge issue for us and this needs to be resolved.

Please let me know if you need any information to get this resolved.

@Paul Seyler and @Howard.

Have you found a solution to this problem? I need to work out a solution ASAP for this. We too have a valid SSL certificate and suddenly started seeing this issue last week.

I hope someone has solved this. If you have please share the solution so I can benefit.

Thanks.

Hello Eric

Please update your site to latest version of Events Booking. Then the issue should be sorted

If anyone has this issue, please login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package and update it to your site

Have you also updated Membership Pro? As that is the software I first noticed this issue.

Let me know. Thanks.

Thank you! I have ensured I re-installed the latest version, which I had, but I assume you updated the install package.

Hopefully, this will take care of the problem. If not I will let you know.

Hi Tuan and thanks for the reply. Where can I get the latest package? The Events Booking line in My Downloads says 'Expired'.

Thanks
Paul

It looks like it is fixed. We just had a successful membership renewal.

I'll keep an eye on things and let you know if we have any more issues.
