I added them manually yesterday and the system then sent registration emails to us and the clients.

For Authorize.net SIM, you need to change a setting on your Authorize.net account. See below
4. Login to your authorize.net merchant account, edit the slient post url and enter this value : yourdomain.com/eb_authnetsim_notify.php (yourdomain.com is your site URL)
Did you change that setup? Maybe you can submit a support ticket so that we can discuss about this separate issue?

- You received payment
- The registration record is marked as Paid
- But you didn't receive any email? Does it happens with some or all registrants?
Maybe we need to check it directly on your site, too. So please submit a support ticket, too

I had the silent post Url entered, but I had added an ssl to the site after.
I had to change http:// to https:// and that solved my problem.
Thank you SO much for you help!!

The registrations show up as paid or they don't show up on the list at all.
This happens with only some registrants.
So I've been doing some more testing and searching... After the update the missing emails from EB seem to be coming later. We get the notice from PayPal right away, but EB notifies us one or two days later. Could that help shed some light on the issue?

I was waiting to see if the email delay was the issue before submitting a ticket. It seems there is a delay of 2 or more days in sending confirmation emails from EB to the admin's email. I will give it a few more days to see if that fixes itself, but it does seem like we are getting all the registrations... just very late.
