Email is passed to ACYMailing automatically (it's hard coded in the code), so you don't need to map it manually

Sorry, what I mean is that I create multiple email fields for events because we handle registrations a little differently so it would be ideal for other fields which we collect email addresses to be able to be automatically exported into acymailing.

However, I have now tried to use the new Stripe plugin and if I have that setting on or off the actual registration screen isn't showing the place for people to put in card details. I un-installed and re-installed the previous version of the plugin and that works, so guess something is broken in this new plugin?

It might not work if you have override of registration form from previous version?
Check the html folder of your site template, if you see a folder called com_eventbooking/register, try to rename that folder to something else, then check it again and update us with the result

Worked fine here for me on my local computer, so I don't know why it doesn't work on your site

often organisations care about two ages:
1. Age on the date that the person is registering
2. Age on the date that the event is taking place.
For example, we want to know that the person is 16 years or older on the day that the cycling event is happening, but they can register when they are 15.
