Here is the response I wanted to post few days ago :

I setup a fresh Joomla 3.2.2 installation, then importing the database which you sent me. After a quick check, I found that it is something related to SEF. Here is what I do to make it works properly :

1. Go to System -> Global Configuration, set "Use URL rewriting" config option to Yes.

2. Rename the file htaccess.txt under the root folder of your site to .htaccess.

3. Go to EDocman -> Configuration, save the Configuration to make sure the SEF urls are reset.

After that, check it again and It works well. Could you please do that and check it again ?

No, doesn't work here. The production page had enabled URL Rewrite the whole time and .htaccess is always enabled too.

Then I am not sure what to do. It works well here for me on my local computer (with the database you sent me). Unless you trust me and give me access to one of your test site so that I can check it directly on it, I am afraid of I could not check it.

If you don't allow me to check it on your site to solve the issue, I will have to refund the money of your purchase and you will need to find a different extension (which is something I don't want).

Please let me know your decision so that I can process it further (refund your money or continue checking on your site if I am allowed).

If I turn off "SEO friendly URL in Joomla it works. So it's a SEF problem.

Yes. I think so. But with the database you sent me, it still works on my local computer, so I don't know why it doesn't work on your server. If you can give me access to one of your test site so that I can check it directly on your server, that would be great !

I can give you admin access to the Testinstallation where the database I sent you come from. Do you have an email address to send the login data?

P.S We need SEF..so it must run with SEF on.
