There are two ways to store/upload invoices for customers :
1. The simplest way would be you create a new folder for each customers and then upload all invoices of that customers into that folder. For example, if the invoice belong to admin, you can upload them to admin folder...
2. The other way is that you can follow a specific syntax for name of invoice file. For example, admin_invoice001.pdf, admin_invoice002.pdf.... In this case, you can upload all invoices into one folder
You can choose the best way and let us know your decision so that we can develop the plugin .

Hello, I have 500 users... I think that I will be able to follow a specific syntax and this will be easier to manage the invoices with option 2, what do you think? If I choose "option 1" I will have to drop manually each file to each user, isn´t it?
All the months I will have to drop 4-5 different invoices to each user
Regards
Juan

Yes Juan. Option 2 will be good in this case. Here are the next steps (if you agree) :
1. Purchase and install EDocman component (if you haven't purchased it before).
2. Send upfront payment (50%) to our Paypal account paypal@ext4joomla.com
3. Send an email to contact@joomdonation.com, give us administrator and FTP account of your site.
We will do the work and update it directly to your server .
Regards,
Tuan

Hello, thanks for your answer Tuan
Did you see what I told you about different supplier invoices? Could you think something to import them in different processes depending on the file name of each supplier?
For example, if I have 5 different suppliers I will have to do the process 5 times, but each time I will do it, I will have to configure in the plugin the "structure-invoice-name" to import the invoices each user
Do you understand me?
Regards
Juan

Hmm. I am afraid of we could not do that. Could you please send me some sample of invoice file names ? We need to find a way to detect username from filename (so that we know the way to assign that invoice to correct user).

Suppliers can give me the invoices with this structure:
username-month-year-xxxxxx.pdf
username: from 0000 to 9999 (this username is the same that Joomla username- in this case always will be a number from 1 to 9999)
month: from 01 to 12
year: from 0001 to 9999
About edocman two questions please, can users view files by month and year on the web?
Also, only owners of each invoice can check their own invoices and no more, isn´t it?
