so the function checks for duplicates when an agent lists a new property. which means that another agent cant list the same property - is that correct?

if i purchased OSP Real homes and installed that on my server - is that all than i need or must i first install joomla?

Hi,
OSP Real Homes has quick start package, it's Joomla site with template and OS Property installed. You don't need to install Joomla first.
