Hi Clarry,
You don't need to purchase a template once you purchased OS Property, because OS Property is Joomla extension. It can work on any Joomla template.
When you purchased OS Property and you like our OSP templates, you can pay the additional cost for the template (no need to pay full)

how could i ensure that sellers who register as users are not hackers?
how could i prevent agents/users from listing the same property - ie 10 agents listing the same property
in general what precautions should i take to prevent hackers

Hi Clarry,
If hacker is normal Joomla user, we won't able to found out him.

OS Property uses below method to prevent hackers:
1. Integrate with Stopforumspam
2. Using Captcha feature (both Joomla captcha and OS Property captcha buid in)

If user enter 2 properties with the same information, we won't able to prevent it. But i am sure hacker won't able to add many same properties using robot.

Hi,
OS Property has function to check permission of owner before saving property details. So the robot can't be used to add spam properties in this case.
