Renewal Reminder Emails after expiry was created by intouchweb
Can we use a negative setting to send out reminder emails AFTER a plan's expiry date, eg if my third notice is set to -30 will this send out an email 30 days AFTER expiry?

Hi Mark

Unfortunately, the extension doesn't support this option, you could not use a negative value to do that. However, I can see that more and more customers asking for it, so I will think about it and will add support for it in future release of the extension

However, to be honest, I am afraid of we could not have it complete in less than 4 or 6 weeks.

So please be patient and wait for us

BTW, this is not a pre-sales question. So in the future, please post your question to correct forum category (which is Membership Pro in this case)

Thank you Tuan, that would be great. In the meantime, if I put 0 in that field I assume the emails will start after expiry, is that correct?
Ssorry I put this in the wrong category, I tried to move it but could not work out how, also I couldn't delete and then repost.

If you put 0 into the field, there will be no reminder emails sent
