I am little bit confused. I went on the template tab that has some template that I can buy. But my question is

Will I get some template along with extension if I buy " joomdonation.com/joomla-extensions/os-pr...mla-real-estate.html "
this extension for $34.99, like for free along with the extension?

or

I will have to purchase template that are supported by the extension separately?

OSP templates are commercial, not free along with the extension.
OSP Template includes Os Property extension. So you only need to purchase template to get template and OSP extension. if you want to have another template too, you can only to pay the additional cost for it.

So how do I pay additional cost? I mean I have bought OSP template for $34.99. Where to buy template only?
