Cant purchase Joom Donation Product

Can anyone offer advice why PayPal will not complete my order for the JoomDonation product. PayPal says account is fine.

PayPal gives me the following message.:

Sorry — your last action could not be completed

If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

Any help would be great.

Just got off the phone with PayPal. They told me that there is an issue with the checkout process on your website.

What is the next step?

I have just tried outside our company firewall on a different machine and still get the following error from PayPal:

Would it possible to invoice me for the Joom Donation Product?

You can send payment to paypal@ext4joomla.com . We will send the extension to you after that. I am not sure what happened to your account but other people can purchase it without any problem .

That is not working either. I have sent another email to PayPal letting them know the situation. Apparently my account is not functioning properly.
