The ACYMailing team releases version 10.0.x of ACYMailing extension, introduces some backward incomatible changes which could causes fatal error in Payment Form if you are using Payment Form - ACYMailing plugin. So we released version 7.1.4 of Payment Form to address that issue
Also, in version 7.1.4, the Reset button won't be shown by default. If you need it, you can go to Payment Form -> Configuration, set Show Reset Button config option to Yes to have the button shown
Please update your site to this latest version of Payment Form, especially if you are using Payment Form - ACYMailing plugin
Regards,
Tuan

@Diane Cleaver You can update to 7.1.4, then remove the css code which you added to hide Reset button. The button is now not displayed by default
