How to set up my form?

Can you tell me where I can put the calculations on the form to see if I can get it to calculate myself. I really need to get this form up and going and it has been two weeks on the forum.

The payment form is correctly calculating the items.
What I also need is to be able to put in a quantity and then have it calculate the cost of the item multiplied by the quantity.
Do you have an example of how to do this? Is this possible to do on this form?

Yes. Simply write a formula to multiple two fields. It is quite easy.

Could you please setup the fields you want on the form and then explain how it should be calculated so that we can setup it for you ? It is easier to give an example setup than explain how it works

Not sure of how I can add the quantity to the form. I looked at your sample forms: Joomla Day 2013 Event Registration and you have the "Number of Rooms" where a customer can put in the number of rooms and it will calculate the cost of the "Number of Rooms" using the cost field and the cost of each room type.

Let me figure out how to put the "text boxes" for the custom fields into the form and then I can give you an example.

I am still unable to figure out how to add a "quantity" field to my form. As of now family can only check off which registrations and t-shirts that they would like to order. But if they need to order more than (1) shirt or add more than (1) child for registration it is not possible to calculate the amount for more than (1) item at a time. I need for the payment form to be able to do this. I am totally new to all of this, I am not a programmer and I do not understand all of that. I have combed through this forum trying to find something similar to what I need, but haven't been able to do that yet. I really need help with this. I bought the payment form because I thought it would be a quick fix to my issue, and it has been a month and I am still not where I need to be.

I found an example of a fee calculation on this forum, but not sure how this could help me. This is what I found, but I do not know how to use it. Here it is:
