Allow users enter the amount they want to pay

1. I think I may be interested in this component since it has the option to allow users to "enter an amount to pay". Is there a demo site to logon and see how it works?

2. I went to the extensions directory on Joomla and noticed that some of your products are no longer listed there - how can we add a review?
