I recently purchased this payment form to give our clients an easy way to pay for services. Since the service amounts are different with most invoices, I would like the client to be able the specify the amount they would like to pay. I'm having trouble because my form defaults to $0.00

I read this under Forms management
"The amount which users has to pay for this payment. Set it to 0 or empty to allow users enter the amount they want to pay "

What am I missing?

-Matt

P.S. I made a custom field called Payment Amount and set "Fee field" to "Yes". That didn't seem to help.

Thank you so much! Since I didn't create an accout first before placing this order, how would I get version 1.1? I don't see where I can download it.
