Questions about Payment Form extension

Blank screen and payment not working

Blank screen and payment not working was created by media991
We have built our form and then while testing we fillout out the form, click paypal and the next button. When we click the next button the form the page reloads and then shows the website with a blank page?

Can anyone please advise why the form is not working?

Hi

I am sorry. I missed this forum post. Please go to Payment Form -> Configuration, find the config option Fix Process Button not working, set it to Yes. After that, the issue should be solved.

Same issue here: Joomla 2.5.8 and PMForm 2.3, when I choose PayPal, it lets me through to make the payment. When I choose Offline Payment, it gives a blank screen, no error log or message...

@natecovington: Payment Form 2.3 is an old version which I am afraid of it won't work for Joomla 2.5.8. The latest version is now 3.0 , could you please download latest version and upgrade (if your subscription is still active, we provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase).

Hi Tuan, I have installed the new Payment Form 3.0 component onto my site and it's still giving the white screen when confirming a mail-in-payment (offline payment option). With PayPal, it works fine. Any ideas?

Could you please explain more detail ? You mean you "publish" a payment record from back-end and see a white screen ?
