16th July 2021- New version 2.14.1

The OS Services Booking developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Services Booking 2.14.1. This is a second release for the 2.14.x series of OS Services Booking with a lot of great improvements and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.

What's new in OS Services Booking 2.14.1
1. Add option to integrate Core fields and Custom extra fields with Joomla User Profile and Easy Profile
From this version, you can choose to integrate fields (core fields and custom extra fields) with Joomla User Profile or Easy Profile
 
You can select integration option through configure option: Fields integration
Note: To integrate Joomla User Profile, you should enable plugin: User - Profile, to integrate with Easy Profile, you should have Easy Profile extension installed on your site.
Also in this version, we remove configure option: Integrate User Profile, because its function is included in this new feature.
Once you select to integrate fields with Joomla User Profile or Easy Profile, you will able to select mapping fields when you add/edit custom extra fields.
 
With core fields, you can select mapping fields through Configuration page -> Tab: Form Fields
 
After that, in Checkout form, the data from User Profile or Easy Profile will be filled up, and once you enter data in Checkout form fields, the mapping fields in User Profile or Easy Profile will be updated too.

2. Add function to send Test SMS
This function allows you to send Test SMS to Notification Phone Number to make sure that the SMS configuration is correct and complete.


3. Add Max timeslots option for services that customer can book in one day
From this version, we add new option for services, it's Max timeslots can be booked one day, it allows you to set maximum timeslots of one service that customer can book at one day.


4. Add option to change Check-in status at Backend side
From this version, you will able to change Check-in status of booked services of orders at Backend side.

5. Add Payment failure email
This email will be sent to customers when their payments are failure to inform them to make booking again.


6. Other bugs fixed
Fix various issues coming from previous versions and PHP8 arise from the PHP8 upgrade.
