[SOLVED] 404 error after submit was created by Kenneth Robb

Hi there I go through the process of booking something, add it to my cart and head for the checkout. I fill in my name and email and notes and hit submit and I get a 404 error. It processes the order in the background but it looks a bit messy.

This is the URL it seems to be trying to load. (I have taken out the domain name)

Is there something I have forgotten to set?

Using v2.13.0
