How customizable is OS Services Booking?

I don't think OS Booking is really what I need. How do I go about getting a refund on the 30day money back guarantee?

Do you think that OS Property with OS Calendar would work better for me?

I was also looking at the eshop and realized it has a calender option. This may work if I can have an option for different prices for adults and children.

I am not sure you can use OS Property and OS Calendar with your case, but you can read the documentation and check the demo of Eshop to see whether if it can suit you need.
