Hi Mike,
Thank you for the details.
Please submit a support ticket under the OS Property category and include your website information, as well as a Joomla administrator account, so I can log in and check the issue for you.
Once I have access, I will take a look to see what is causing the white screen on the frontend after the OS Property installation.
