Purchased the Component - No template included

What are you talking about -now you want me to go do evidence gathering for you to make your product compliant with the realtor industry or is this more about the misleading templates? - what I think this is ... and please defend this - just another ticket that wastes time and energy and burns support time and expense not to mention our time and loss of opportunity expense - just further proving my point you would rather avoid making positive progress for clients and address the requests - you send yet another time wasting ticket that offers no positive progress, only time wasting correspondence and ticket fair

Please defend this statement - or better yet address teh support concerns and do not deflect stating that I am the only one - I have seen the comments in yor forums - instead of addressing them you send tickets with incorrect information and links - then insult me with templates vs components

If you are not going to provide support - state that on your purchase payments - this has not been supportive relationship its been time theft an d ticket fair.

What are you not understanding? Why do you spend so much time and energy NOT Supporting - you spend more time and energy defending poor support or no support and why?

Are you looking ofr a law suit? Did you build the components to scam people - to not provide support? to have un happy people with your work? -

I don't understand why anyone would put in so much energy to upset people and NOT provide willing support - your life cannot be blessed by God when you treat people with such malice.

Did you build these component to help people or rip them off and run from support requests ? Your actions only show that you DO NOT want to assist - you do not want to support

If you are not going to offer support then please state this here for me to post publicly and allow the eye of God " the internet of your peers to judge you or I to see who the public thinks is in the wrong.

Actually, I still don't understand what you mean, OS Property is being used on many websites, and we are also supporting customers who use the extension everyday. If you have any support requests, you can use this community forum or our Tickets support system. We'll answer all questions within the scope of support.

I dont think its fair to react like this.
I have used this extension since 2016 and for the money its one of the most complete real estste components you are likely to buy. Yes the template is not included but to be honest and Joomla template can easily be made to work just fine with the extension. Its also very adapable.
If you need some help with layouts and setting this up give me a shout and I will point you in the right direction.
