Purchased the Component - No template included

Hello,

We spoke before about fixing the component with some of fields to make the platform compliment with the REALTOR laws.  You were less than responsive considering this component is useless for any registered real estate agent.  ( Are you going to address these minor compliance issues ?) 

​​​​​Without these changes that only thing I can diminished this investment to display listings for a local TV feed. Local Real Estate TV -

1. The demo template files were not included in the component.  demo.joomdonation.com/osproperty/ . 

2.  I would need to know how I can populate the component -  RSS?  existing system ?

processes for populating listings.  Please advice.

1. OS Property is Joomla extension, so it doesn't come up with any Joomla templates. The template that we are using on demo is third party real estate, it was designed to work with OS Property. You can find it on this link: joomdonation.com/joomla-templates/os-pro...-osp-real-homes.html
2. Could you please explain more details about idea on RSS? I am not sure about it.

The RSS Would be used to populate the listing from the legal Canadian Realtor website ( these set the legal parameters I outlined before )

So you sell the component and then charge for the template as well - would it not take hours and hours to build a template ?

This is not looking good how many months has it been since my first requests on purchase?

What is the support that we pay for ? What is included in support?
Functionality ?.

I just bought OSP yesterday and I discovered today that the demo template is not included.

I understand now why didn't understand template management.

I didn't see any mention about it in "Joomla Extension", it's not very fair to be registered as a real estate Joomla extension without explaining that the demo template is not included.
A little disappointed...

@MR. Dam is that possible to have a refund as commercial gesture ?

I will explain it again.
1. OS Property is Joomla extension, so it doesn't come up with any Joomla templates. But you can use OS Property on any templates you have (even Joomla default template).
2. OS Property has frontend layouts like
- Properties listing
- Property details
- Property search
- Locator search
- Agent listing
etc...
You can see them on demo site. They are content layouts of component and they are different with Joomla templates.
With Properties listing, OS Property provide different themes, for example:
demo.joomdonation.com/osproperty/index.p...for-lease-properties
demo.joomdonation.com/osproperty/index.p.../for-sale-properties
...
These layouts will appear like this on different Joomla templates.

And on OS Property demo site, we are using one of real estate template, it's OSP Real Estate. Because you already purchased OS Property extension, so if you want to have the Joomla real estate, you just need to pay $35 USD addition.

This is getting out of hand, I purchased this component in good faith and you are not honoring anything - not only have you refused to bring the component up to legal Realtor standards with the changes I suggested - I now have to pay extra for a template? that you say is only $35 but the link you shared it costs $75 USD

You should know the difference between Joomla extension and Joomla template. OS Property is Joomla extension, and when you purchase OS Property, you can install and use it on your existing sites with any templates you want, all layouts of component as i mentioned in previous comment will be the same on any templates. You don't need to purchase our Joomla real estate when you already have existing Joomla template.

Our discussions involved having the same template as the demo - I used your very links - I have uised joomla for 20 years

I know the difference of Templates and extensions I have just never dealt with anyone in support that was so unwilling and misleading - you still have not addressed the compliance issues which are MANDITORY for months you have passed tickets and not offered one single act of actual support - lets rectify that and move forward if we could please - I set out the requirements, you agreed, I purchased and now you are not honouring that agreement - a refund will not repay me my time and I do not purchase things to not use them not do I purchase things that has the developer refuse to support them.

I have been supporting Joomla developers for 20 years - lets make a turn for the better here - even this ticket you have addressed nothing and speak to me like I am a moron, template vs component - I have seem the same complaints on your forum - so its not just me.
Lets make a change for the better and make each other assets rather than adversaries - we are both intelligent people lets treat each other with dignity and respect - please offer some constructive support.

Please prove answers and solutions to my many requests - I have not seen a single response that is constructive and addresses my support requests
