Hi,
It's very simple, you only need to create menu to layout: Property Listing Layout. Here is my example:
Menu 1 - Sell
- Creating menu to layout: Property Listing layout and select option Sell in parameter: Category
Submenu: House + sell
- Creating menu to layout Property Listing layout and select option Sell in parameter: Category and option House in parameter: Property type
...
The same for other menus
