As additional fields are configurable for the type and not on the category had to change places. in category to do sale and rent, as in the type to add an apartment, house, land, and be set up for each separate additional fields. Now I have a menu category comes sale and rent, and I need the menu to set the type of objects the flats and plots.

You can use menu layout: Property listing layout to list properites of one or more Property types

The essence here is to make such a menu, can I use links to do, or are there any other options??? Is it possible for example to change the menu instead of the index.php?option=com_osproperty&view=lcategory on (example)index.php?option=com_osproperty&view=ltype=10. I hope you know what I mean!

To be honest, i don't understand what you want. The layout: Lcategory is used to list all available categories of OS Property while menu Ltype is used to list properties of OS Property system

I'm talking about how you can make instead of the category menu, is a menu of the type of property, as I did the reverse. by default, a component is a type of property rent, sell, exchange, I changed in settings and now I have the categories sell, rent and type of property flats, houses, since I had to configure additional fields for each item separately, had houses and apartments to add to the type. Now the question is, as the menu categories I sell, rent, share, and in the type of flat, house, I need to drop down the menu and real estate subcategory houses, apartments, cottages in the menu. How to make the dream a life=)))

You want to have the menu
Sell
-- House + Sell
-- Apartments + Sell
Rent
-- House + Rent
-- Apartments + Rent
