Where is the documentation for Agents?

We missed your reply somehow. Sorry!

We normally develop sites such as this one locally using WAMP and then zip, export SQL, and upload it when it's complete. Does that mean you can't help us? Or does that mean you need an empty site on our host to start? Or does that mean you need a bare bones Joomla install on our host to start?

You only need to setup fresh Joomla site, and we will install the template into it.

We're giving this a lot of thought and it's just not making sense to us. We have made more than 50 Joomla installations and many of them have been quite technical. That's what we do. Our experience tells us if there is difficulty with the installation there is a good chance difficulties will continue to present themselves at every step of the way.

You mentioned there are two sets of documentation. We'd like to try this again, ourselves, if you will kindly direct us to the documentation that applies to installing the realty template and all its extensions so that we end up with all the pieces and a functional real estate site such as the one advertised in the demo of the template.

I will explain everything again and hope you understand
1. In the package of OSP Real Estate, we have bellow folder
- Quickstart
- OSProperty_extension
- Installation

The "Quickstart" folder contains the quickstart package of template. It's one Joomla site with OSP Real Estate and OS Property installed. You only need to setup it like new Joomla site.
The "OSProperty_extension" contains OS Property component. In case you want to install it manually.
The "Installation" contains all modules, template and plugin in case you want to install template manually.
Documtenation: OSPRealEstate_template_manual.pdf is all the thing about OSP Real Estate from installing and using it.
When you extract file "osproperty.v.2.7.4_unzip_first.zip" in folder ""OSProperty_extension", you will see file "OS_Property_Instructions.pdf", it's documentation of OS Property component.
Notice: 2 above documentations are difference. -> Hope you know it.

And lastly, if you feel difficult to install OSP Real Estate, you can only need submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. We will help you to install and configure the template to make it like the demo
