Where is the documentation for Agents?

Where is the documentation for Agents? was created by NIck Frick
I see some forum discussions pertaining to Agents and Agent Registration but there is nothing in my PDF documentation about it. Where can I find it?

Also, when I installed the login mod I got this warning:

JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist ... \tmp\install_54bc3d98dafd8\mod_bt_login\en-GB\en-GB.mod_bt_login.ini

I am using the latest installs of everything.

Hi Nick,
In the documentation of OS Property: osproperty.ext4joomla.com/OS_Property_Instructions.pdf , we have mentioned to Agent object several times.
1. Using Back-end > 6. Agents/ Owners (Backend part)
2. Using Front-end > II Agents. (Frontend part) and we list 5 tasks of agent at this point, includes Agent registration form.
So can you please tell us what do you need to ask, we will answer you directly.
By the way, we send you the Bt login module with the issue fixed.

We're very confused. We thought when we bought the real estate template that these capabilities for the agents and properties were bundled with the product as shown in the demo. The "featured agents" module is there but when we try to incorporate it we get the mysql error that the table doesn't exist. Also, there are no real estate related components shown in the manifest. So I guess we don't understand what we bought, but at this point it doesn't seem to be of any use to us.

Hi Nick,
OSP Real Estate is Joomla template, it was designed to use with OS Property - Joomla Real Estate component. And OS Property is included in Quickstart or in Package of OSP Real Estate. So that, we are confusing with your idea "there are no real estate related components shown in the manifest".

Sorry, we saw the Quick Start but followed the PDF documentation and installed the template as suggested. I guess that means to uninstall everything and start over, right?

Hi Nick,
Please notice that, we have 2 documentations, one for OSP Real Estate and the other for OS Property. By the way, you can submit ticket and ask for helping (install and configure OSP Real Estate for you)

After looking over the Quick Start we're still confused. The package seems to be a complete install of Joomla 3.3.1 and we're currently running 3.3.6. It doesn't make sense downgrade Joomla.. Should we start over, delete everything, install the Quick Start and then update Joomla?

Typically, we're accustomed to installing the current version of Joomla followed by the installation of a template, which usually contains all the necessary extensions it requires.

Hi Nick,
You can submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. We will help you to install and configure the template to make it like the demo site. And then. you will be able to use it normally.
