Problem cities and states import

Hello,
I have a problem importing states and cities in my country (Spain). I have read the tutorial and follow the steps but something does not work. Entering the Administration states and provinces appears this: There was an error.
  1054 Unknown column 'state_name_es' in 'where clause' SQL = Update fugox_osrs_states September state_name_es state_name_es = state_name Where Is NULL or state_name_es = ''

My version: 2.7.2 in Joomla 3 and import the es_spain. txt

In the OS Property package, there is the folder: Other > Location, the Spain location file: es_spain.txt is included in that folder

My problem is that, I buy template from primertemplates.com where your Component is included but I have only your component on folder "Quickstart", I don't have any package. I was think that your component is witdh update included.

I tell you more...I ask for updates and I quote:

If I know that, you have to believe me that I would never buy in this web site template because I buy only for the component, not for the template.

In short, I have no Package. It is for that reason that I have not cities and I can not find the "Other" folder or file with cities. If you were so kind as to send me the file I'd appreciate it.

I understand it's not your responsibility because I have not bought the component to you but I need this file.

First off all, we don't allow any companies to put OS Property component in their products (templates, extension).
