Hi Sokol,
That is the link to property details. As my explanation above, when Joomla can't find Itemid, it will add "component/componentname" into the url.
To solve the problem, you need to add the menu to layout: OS Property: Property listing layout. And then "component/osproperty" will be replaced by alias of menu item.
