Opps,
some thing wrong.. link doesn't open !! and the demo osprealestate.joomservices.com/index.php still has the error ..

The error shows on the home page, without any search..

The error must be in the updated file components > com_osproperty > classes > listing.php

Hi Mazen,
I have solved the issue and re-update into OS Property package. Please click on My downloads at the top and get the component. Keep copy and overwrite the file: components > com_osproperty > classes > listing.php
