Is it possible to build a better search box? and make it a mod, so it can be placed anywhere?

I am having difficulties with the extension as well. I want a user to select a MIN/MAX price range, I see that on your page that you have done this. How did you do it?

This module is very decent just not easily modifiable.

Dear Brian and Anthony,
We are developing new version of OS Property. In new version, you can select property types to shown in the advance search page or locator search page, it will be the same with the picture you attached.
One more thing, you can define the price list (min, max) price depend on the property type (For sale, for rent v.v.v)
Anthony, new version of price group will satisfy you need with min/max price range.
Can you wait for us some days? and keep following latest update.

I have attached our pain points with the extension, I have attempted to modify the code but its too advanced. It is good for what it is and how much it costs but it won't allow users to enter data into the fields. The min/max price range will be a good addition to the extension.
