The market statuts makes no sense like this.
When I active the market status, choosing of propery type shouldn't be obligaded.
It is confusing when a "sold" property is "for sale". The problem is also in the pdf. sheet. I posted sceenshots of your own demo-site but I never got an reply.
Hope you understand know and that is possible to change.

Did you find a way to put "sold" market status without showing "property type"?
I mailed varios time, but never got an answer, maybe it because english is not good enough to explain the problem. But I really think, dass "Property type" should not be an obligaded field when I choose a market status.
