Market-Status is confusing

Hi OS-Team,

sorry, but I don't understand the field Market-Status because it makes no sense to me.
It it very confusing when because when I activate the market status "sold" appears in property details and .pdf-file i "For Sale" and "Sold".
And the price appears what shouldn't be. Because when a property is sold or reserved or rented it is not needed that the price appears.

I attache a pdf of your demo-site which I found very confusing and created an idea how it could be. .
The same for the property details .

My Idea is, that the market-status should have a checkbox to activate or deactivate the categroy for not having a "sold" property "for sale".

Hope you understand what I mean and that there will be a future solucion.

I think I want the same as you where we don't display properties that have a market status of sold, rented etc.

It would be great if they fix this in the next release because it is very confusing!

Actually, what would be good is if we had a component (or something) that allowed us to show the list of recently rented or sold properties by a particular agent. Either way, we need to be able to set what is displayed on our site, and in our case we don't want sold or rented properties showing in the modules or elsewhere - but it looks good for agents to be able to display their successes

If you don't want to show Market Status, you can turn off configure option "Active Market Status".

Turning off active status only disable true active status example " sold " still shows then For sale. It is not a good solution for this question. I am trying to figure out too how to change 'for sale' to 'sold'

Thank you Mr Dam....for such a quick replay. Ok here is example but I might miss something. I used market status sold ( display properly ) on property. Yet when click to view property it shows for sale. I hope you can direct me to right configuration I might missed something. And guys YOU ROCK BY THE WAY!
