BLM Import was created by pctglobal
As you already offer csv import would you also be able to have a blm file import (similar to a csv file) as many of the UK property portals (such as rightmove) use this file type. I can email an example of this file type if needed just let me know.

I've been looking for this solution for some time too. Any update on this?

Did this ever go anywhere?
It would be good to see this feature. Do you still have a sample file you could share?
Kind regards

No progress was ever made on this, we built our own custom component in the end.

Interesting. We built our own custom component too that works with OS Property. There's obviously an appetite for this.

Hi Mel,
In the past, we already offer Mrjon $ 850 USD for the work but he hasn't replied us. So, if you can pay for the job, we will work together.
Thanks

After receiving the price we simplified the requirements but never received a price adjustment back. The price reflected fields in the BLM that didn't already exist natively in OS property which increased the complexity and price. We then specified just to use a handful of fields that were common to both. It was this we never got clarification back on.
If you end up adding an additional plugin I'd be more than happy to pay for a native plugin. We do currently have a working solution done by our developer.
If you develop this would it be released to the public to purchase or if the development is paid for by private individuals does this remain private?
Maybe several interested parties could split any dev costs??
For reference I have already supplied sample files, field mapping requirements and links to similar plugins elsewhere for reference.
