Admin Renewal show as pending

Hi guys

Is it possible, when admin renews a subscription from the backend the subscription shows as 'pending' rather than 'published'?
It is not a major problem, but I would like to be able to renew several subscriptions and for the [PAYMENT_STATUS] to show on the invoice as 'pending' when sent.
