Make Backend Renewal Subscription Pending was created by Tuan Pham Ngoc
From subscriptions management screen, if you check on a checkbox next to a subscription record and press Renew Subscription button in the toolbar to renew subscription, that subscription will have Active status by default
If for some reasons (I have few customers asked) you want these subscriptions to be Pending, you can use this override
1. Create folder override under administrator/components/com_osmembership/model folder
2. Get the attached file, unzip it, upload to the folder administrator/components/com_osmembership/model/override which you just created above
Regards,
Tuan

HI Tuan,
I am just checking if we still need to install this if we want manual renews to show as pending or whether it ever got written into the software as standard.
Thanks

Hi Alison
1. If you installed/uploaded this file before, you do not have to do that again
2. If you haven't uploaded this file before, you will need to do this (for one time only) because this is not a standard behavior in the extension

Tuan
