Hi Tuan,

Thank you, I am waiting for my client to invite you to their Stripe account.

Curiously, whilst waiting, I created a new test Plan today with a Trial Period and it worked as expected from start to finish. Next I created another new Plan without a Trial Period and the problem is the same as before.

Note: I have never had a problem with Stripe and Plans that are single months (not recurring), so I don't think it is a connection or configuration issue with Stripe & the website.

Hi Claire

I would say that Stripe payment plugin is very stable now, so it could be a problem with Stripe Webhook settings. I will check as soon as I receive invitation to Stripe
