Custom Fields - which database table are they in? was created by Darlene
I have added about 10 custom fields for use on the subscription application form in addition to the core fields already there like address, city, state, country, phone, etc.
I see the data for the core fields in the table jos3m_osmembership_subscribers. I see the specs for my custom fields (and the core fields) in the table jos3m_osmembership_fields.
I have looked through just about every table in jos3m_osmembership_... and a bunch of others and I still cannot find the actual data that was entered for these fields.
Would you be able to tell me which table it is in?
Thank you.
Darlene
[Edited] The data shows up in the subscriptions screen just fine. Depends on whether I set it to show on the subscription management screen or not, so I know the data is there. It shows up in the emails generated by a new subscription, in the update profile and wherever else it is requested.

Hello
It is stored in a separate table called #__osmembership_field_value. What do you want to do with custom fields data? If you want to have data for custom fields storing directly on #__osmembership_subscribers table for easier manipulation, you can use this tool membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/tools#...-sort-and-searchable

Thank you Tuan.
Partly 'm doing it so I know where all the pieces are that go into the Subscriptions/Subscribers, for documentation. We're documenting what we've customized, why the settings are the way they are, etc.
But today I was trying to find a field to check the values after a test import of subscriptions and I just couldn't find it.
I hesitate to change data directly in the database because I don't know how the fields interact, but there are a couple of fields I'm having trouble with, in the importing.
Thank you for the tool link - I will look at that - it may make our membership secretary's life easier if she can see the fields directly on that table. Better than going straight into the database.
I'm having a blast figuring all this out. I really like Membership Pro.
And yes, i write too much!!
Thank you so much.

Sorry, one more question.
Is there a URL to undo the "sort and search" tool?
