Allow duplicate email address

There are four major steps to this process with code changes that occur in three of them. I tried to provide instructions, but the system did not like me including PHP into my reply, so if the kind folks at JoomDonation want to provide me a way to share what I did, I would be happy to provide you and others the info. Otherwise, not sure what to do.

Sorry, if you can zip the code that would be great, I have not had time to look at it but have to start working on it again. Once I see something I usually can figure it out, but right now I am blind.
