Hi PaloMa

1. Edit the subscription record, change subscription status from Pending to Active and it should work OK.

2. Check on the checkbox next to each of these pending subscription records, press Publish button in the toolbar to publish the subscription

User account will be created, email will be sent. However, it's the subscription approved email is sent, not new subscription email

it worked fine. We will see if it works next time a client uses Stripe and come back to you if needed.

Just a short update: We had a successful new subscription made via the Stripe plugin this weekend.

So with the updated versions everything worked as it should.
